Fix R66 legacy certificate import

With the introduction of credentials in version 0.9.0, the R66 legacy certificate was moved to a separate type of authentication, distinct from regular TLS certificates. This change, however, was not reflected in the backup module, meaning imported legacy certificates will be inserted as regular certificates (which they are not). This should be fixed so that legacy certificates are correctly identified as such when imported, and thus inserted with the correct type.
