Add the possibility to update a partner with a defined password

Currently (0.15.3.1) it is impossible to update the password of a partner to defined one. (You can generate a new random password).

This causes problems when you define external R66 partners as you cannot update the password deployed to contact the external partners.

The partner update screen should display a field to setup the partner password similar to the one at partner creation.
