The REST handler to get a partner's conf does not report errors

In case of errors during the generation of the zip, a Result{} is returned, which results in a 200 response (https://code.waarp.fr/apps/manager/manager/-/blob/master/pkg/handlers/h_partners.go#L626). It should return a 500 error instead.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
