Add Remote File Listing

A SplitStream client is able to request a R66 server the files available to transfer with a given rule.

Command: SplitStream list-file

Options:

• -c --conf the configuration file used
• -p --partner the name of the partner requested
• -l --login the login used to authent to the partner
• -r --rule the rule used to perform the file request
• -p --patern the pattern (or filename) requested
• -i --info (optional) if present request the files information if not only the filename.
